We hope your child(ren) will remain part of the Camp Horseshoe family and stay enrolled for Summer 2021. Understandably, finances are of great concern to all of us. Though the application ‘terms and conditions’ state that all payments are non-refundable after November 1, we are pleased to offer these new commitments.
The following policies will apply (refunded amounts will be less the incurred credit card fees as applicable):
- Roll forward all of your tuition paid to Summer 2021. If you roll forward all your fees paid, you will receive a 5% Thank-You Credit of your tuition paid to date. (For example: if you’ve paid $10,000 to date, you receive a $500 Thank-You Credit for next summer.) The 5% credit is in appreciation of your support and beneficial as we navigate the myriad of issues as a small business with year-round expenses.
- Request a refund of all or a portion of your paid tuition. Refunds will incur a 3% credit card fee as applicable and will be processed 50% of in Summer 2020 and 50% in Spring 2021.
- Donate all or a portion of your paid tuition as a tax-deductible donation to support The Camp Horseshoe Foundation. The Camp Horseshoe Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
Please complete the below form indicating how you wish to proceed. If we do not hear from you by June 1, all tuition paid will be rolled over to the summer of 2021.
In the coming weeks, we will provide an individualized statement with tuition paid to date and credits for 2021.
